Thank you for your interest in participating on the Wines of South Africa pavilion at the London Wine Fair.

Unfortunately, WOSA has been forced to make a call to not have a pavilion at the London Wine Fair this year. We needed a minimum of 12 confirmed exhibitors to make the event viable and have to date got only 6 exhibitors commit to the show. It's unfortunately too close to the event for us to wait for a further six companies to confirm, taking into account that you will need to start making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Furthermore, with regard to the cost implications of not selling sufficient exhibition space, WOSA is not in a position to take the financial risk that we might not get more bookings.
